We are seeing patients face-to-face where possible however, we are also utilising telephone and video consults. All consults are by appointment only.
We continue to provide our usual services such as blood tests, chronic disease management, ante- and post-natal visits and childhood vaccinations. However, as we are all aware, the situation with Covid-19 is ever-evolving and changes to how we conduct business may be necessary in the future.
We have a strict social distancing policy in place and kindly request that all our patients bring their own facemask with them to their appointment. Likewise, our staff will wear the appropriate PPE for your clinic visit and examination.
We aim to keep clinic visits to 15 minutes only to minimize risk of transmission of infection.
We have limited space in our waiting room for patients so you may be requested to wait outside the surgery or in your car until your doctor is ready for your appointment.
If you are at all concerned that you may have symptoms of Covid 19 infection….PLEASE stay at home, isolate from others and contact us by phone.

Finally, our admin staff will ask you a series of questions when contacted to make an appointment, to ascertain the most appropriate route for your consultation to occur. We ask for your patience during this process.
