Please be aware of this. If we contact you in any way in relation to COVID or COVID vaccination it will be by Practice staff only. We will not look for information like date of birth, PPSN etc over the phone. We will be contacting patients who are between 70 and 85 years of age in relation to the vaccine over the coming weeks. This will be performed via SMS ONLY. No one else will be telephoned, so beware of scams.
If we do contact you, we will always clearly identify ourselves and the practice.
