Every effort is made to ensure that you are seen as soon as possible and genuine, urgent requests are dealt with promptly.
Certain consultations require more time with your clinician than others (e.g. full medical, fitting of contraceptive devices, minor surgery etc.) so where possible, please let our administrative staff know if you think that you may need extra time.
We appreciate that your time is valuable, however the nature of general practice means delays are sometimes unavoidable. Your patience on these occasions is very much appreciated.
